AI and simulation disclosure

EA Dojo uses structured simulations to help learners rehearse decisions and explanations. A simulated interviewer, client, tutor, coach, manager, or reviewer is software—not a person holding that role or credential.

Current product previews. Most preview responses and repairs remain in your browser. The Client Interview Lab sends the learner's fictional-case questions and final fictional client explanation to EA Dojo's Cloudflare Workers endpoint. The preview compares decisions with an expert-authored rubric and produces an automated practice report. It is not a professional evaluation, employment decision, exam-readiness certification, or individualized tax advice.

Active model path. Reviewed deterministic rules answer recognized Client Interview questions first. For unmatched wording only, Cloudflare Workers AI invokes @cf/meta/llama-3.1-8b-instruct-fast to select up to two fact IDs from the case's allowlist. The model is instructed not to answer the tax question. EA Dojo's deterministic code supplies the fictional client response and final rubric.

Curriculum guided-learning packs. EA Dojo generates the optional rule briefs, glossary items, tap-based checks, case variations, and anticipated FAQs offline with Codex Luna (gpt-5.6-luna) at xhigh reasoning. A separate Luna pass reviews each pack against the card's verified answer and exact reviewed authority excerpts. Deterministic gates reject missing, stale, duplicated, malformed, or unresolved output before a pack can enter the site. These packs are synthetic teaching aids—not human-authored tax guidance or primary authority. The short verified answer and linked official source remain controlling. Opening a pack does not invoke a live model, and the learner's final teach-back stays in the browser.

Transmission and retention. Cloudflare processes the submitted fictional-case wording to return the response. EA Dojo does not write that wording to KV, analytics, subscriber records, or an account. The browser stores the Lab transcript and report locally so the learner can resume. The endpoint applies per-client, per-question, and global inference limits.

Human services. A product is described as human-reviewed or live only when a real qualified reviewer is assigned and actual appointment capacity exists. Human-inclusive products remain unavailable when that capacity is zero. Joining an interest list does not purchase or reserve a session.

Technical boundaries. Automated feedback may be incomplete or wrong. Verify tax rules against current primary authority and use appropriate professional supervision before acting for a taxpayer or employer.

Fictionalized practice only. Do not enter taxpayer names, Social Security numbers, EINs, account numbers, return data, notices, employer-confidential information, or other sensitive records into a product preview.

EA Dojo will update this page before activating a different provider, broader model role, server-side transcript retention, recording, payment, refund, or human-review terms.
